Imported from New Zealand. Exceptionally tender and juicy, our rib eye is fully de-boned and trimmed, leaving only the heart of the rib eye. Grill or roast whole and then cut up for a delicious presentation. Ribeyes weigh between 4-5 pounds. Minimum order is 1 Ribeye.
