Royal Miyagi (120ct)

Also known as a Malaspina Oyster, these beach oysters produce an exceptionally strong heavy shell. Miyagis have an extended shelf life (14 days after shipping) and are easily opened. The meat is white with with a dark, textured mantle. Plump and juicy, Malaspina oysters have a clean, strong ocean flavour with a cucumber-like finish. If this oyster is not available, we will choose a similar oyster from the same harvest area. Minimum order is 1 case.
