Our domestically raised tenderloins are fed with a special diet of soybeans, barley and beer. The cattle are then massaged with sake to push fat into the muscles, resulting in a soft, tender, highly marbelized meat. The name for the exclusive grade comes from Kobe, Japan where the cattle were orginally raised. Minimum order is 10 pounds.
